Burger & Lobster – 132 W 43rd St
Burger & Lobster is our favorite sit down restaurant near Times Square. As you can probably guess, they specialize in juicy burgers and succulent lobsters. We highly recommend their lobster rolls and their burger called the beast!
Carmine’s – 200 West 44th St
Carmine’s is a popular Italian restaurant with family style dining. They have all the Italian classics and comfort foods like chicken marsala and a huge selection of pastas. Also chicken parmigiana is one of our favorite Italian dishes and they have an excellent one!
Tony di Napoli – 147 W 43rd St
If you can’t get a table at Carmine’s, we recommend Tony di Napoli. They have similar menus and the same family style dining. You can usually get a table most nights. All their pastas are top notch and we also love their yummy desserts.
Momentea – 64 7th Ave
Momentea is a Japanese cafe that has excellent boba teas, sushi and soup noodles. It has quickly become one of our go to restaurants in the area and it is a hidden gem just a few blocks from the heart of Times Square.
Joe’s Pizza – 1435 Broadway
The last three picks on this list are all great picks for something quick or if you are on the go. Joe’s Pizza has consistently been our pick for the best cheese pizza in New York City so we were very happy when they opened a location in Times Square. The lines can get long at times but it usually moves fast.
Shake Shack – 691 Eighth Ave

If you are craving a nice, big juicy burger, you can’t beat Shake Shack’s burgers. They are always bursting with flavor. You can also get one of their thick shakes to go along with your burgers.
Los Tacos No 1 – 229 W 43rd St

Finally Los Tacos No 1 is one of the best taco shops in New York City. You can get all delicious tacos like their carne asada, pollo asado and adobada at their Times Square location and there is often a shorter line here than at their Chelsea Market location.
