Cook an Italian Lunch!
We are very excited to bring you a virtual cooking class that meets the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of every month and visits a new Italian region!
This month let’s visit the Puglia region. We’ll be making a delicious meal and scrumptious dessert. We’ll make some fresh pasta, orecchiette (aka little ears) from scratch to add to the classic dish orecchiette with broccolini and sausage. Of course, there will be dessert! We’ll be making a yummy dessert, a lemon ricotta cake.
This class will be jam packed with lots to learn and eat. You can’t beat making your own pasta! This class allows you to shop for your own ingredients found at your local grocery store, or easily found online. Upon booking a list of ingredients and equipment will be sent to your inbox.
Our hosts will start each class with introductions and then we’ll dive into baking and cooking. We’ll make sure to sprinkle in some interesting history and facts about the dishes and their region of origin.
Within an hour or so we’ll be enjoying a delicious Pugliesi meal. As you are nibbling and chit chatting, our host will make sure to stay and answer any questions that you may have.
