Laughing Man Coffee & Tea – 184 Duane St
Laughing Man Coffee and Tea in Tribeca was envisioned by Hugh Jackman, who has starred in a ton of movies but he is probably best known for playing Wolverine in the X-Men movie series. It is a neighborhood favorite and it is a great spot to pick up an excellent cup of coffee (or tea) along with a quick snack. Best of all, profits from Laughing Man Coffee and Tea are donated to help small businesses and community projects worldwide. You can’t beat that!

Robert De Niro is not only an actor in a bunch of blockbuster films but he is also known as a restaurateur. He has a stake in several restaurants in New York City. None have a higher profile than Nobu, one the finest, most luxurious sushi restaurants in the world. Their food is simply unparalleled and their restaurant is a beauty.
The 40/40 Club – 6 W 25th St
The sports bar 40/40 Club is owned by none other than rapper Jay- Z and recently it expanded to the Barclays Center. They have a stocked menu where you can snack on items like southern fried chicken tacos and 40/40 buffalo wings.
Michael Jordan’s The Steakhouse – 23 E Vanderbilt Ave
Michael Jordan’s The Steakhouse has been a mainstay in Grand Central Terminal for years. So if you haven’t been already, Restaurant Week is a great opportunity to sample their pan seared crab cakes, filet mignon, lobster rolls, boneless rib eyes and more!
SPiN – 48 E 23rd St
SPiN is the go to place for ping pong aka table tennis and it is partly owned by actress Susan Sarandon. After an intense game of ping pong with your friends, you can sit down and relax, get a drink and dine on scrumptious dishes like their beef sliders and steak frites.
Southern Hospitality – 645 9th Ave
Southern Hospitality is one of the premier barbeque joints in the city and it is backed by mega superstar Justin Timberlake. The nachos are wildly addictive and their ribs are finger licking good! It is also one of our favorite brunch spots.
