88 Kimbap is a small hole in the wall where they make a Korean twist on a Japanese classic, sushi. They call this Korean sushi kimbap. They serve these sushi rolls with items like smoked ham, bulgogi and fish cakes instead of raw fish so it is great for anyone looking for something a little different.
