Mother’s Day Brunch at the Queens Botanical Garden
Another fun option for Mother’s Day is a special brunch at the Queens Botanical Garden. All the food comes from local caterers and it will feature hot foods, scones, tea, coffee and more. Afterwards you can explore the beautiful gardens. Similarly you can get reservations at the Hudson Garden Grill at the New York Botanical Garden for Mother’s Day or even organize a picnic at Central Park. Is your dad a sports fan? June is peak baseball season and the New York Mets are playing the St Louis Cardinals from June 13 to June 16. If he prefers the New York Yankees, they start a series of home games starting on June 17. Both Citi Field (home of the Mets) and Yankee Stadium have a lot of delicious food options too!
